Discuss attention concerns, daily functioning, and treatment history with your psychiatrist. Medication decisions are individualized; scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
Talk through symptoms, sleep, stressors, and your goals for care. Your psychiatrist can discuss treatment options and follow-up needs.
Sports and performance psychiatry
Dr. Mitchell has additional training in sports psychiatry, with a focus on athlete mental health and performance-related concerns. You do not need to be an athlete to receive care.
A whole-person approach
Care considers your mental health alongside the demands of school, work, relationships, and sport. Dr. Iskierka also brings an interest in lifestyle factors such as nutrition and exercise.
